Shipping policy

Pick-Up Days and Policies:

Pick-up Location: Reading, (Muhlenberg Area) Pennsylvania.

For arranging pick-up on a different time, please reach out to margaritabakery19@gmail.com to discuss viable options for both parties. Orders not picked up at the agreed-upon date and times are not eligible for refunds or store credit for a new order.

Shipping Days and Policies:

Shipments are made 2 to 3 days after order is placed via USPS within the USA & Puerto Rico. Items are packed and shipped lovingly from our licensed home bakery in Muhlenberg Pa. When the package leaves our bakery, it will be in tip top condition. Each cookie is sealed, and each order is packed inside a box, which is then placed inside a recyclable mailer for three layers of protection. In the rare event the box is damaged in transit, please contact the carrier to discuss the condition of the package affected in transit, as they are responsible for shipping the goods to you in a safe manner.

Margarita Bakery is not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. We are also not liable for packages marked as "delivered" but subsequently lost.

Shipments returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment. Shipping charges will not be refunded for delays caused by closed locations and/or denied access to the delivery site. Estimated delivery times do not account for unforeseen weather delays that may impact shipping and arrival dates. Margarita Bakery is not liable for delivery delays resulting from the high volume experienced by shipping companies.

Refund, Exchange, or Return Policies:

Given the perishable nature of our products, we aren’t able to accept returns. If you encountered an issue with your order, please email us at margaritabakery19@gmail.com and let us know what’s going on. We will do our best to make it right.

Cancellations or Modifications:

To cancel or modify an order, please contact us through the Contact section. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and provide a positive experience with Margarita Bakery.

All cancellations must be made a minimum of 3 business days before the scheduled pick-up or shipping date. Once the preparation of your order has commenced, no changes, modifications, or cancellations can be made.
